Terms and Conditions
The information below establishes the Refund and Cancellation Policy of both online pre-reservations.
* The refund will be provided as follows. If the client cancels
1. Notify The Life in Cancun:
- - Between 48 -12 hours after purchase: 100% refund
- - More than 48 hours after the purchase: 50% of the refund.
- - Do not notify: there is no refund
2. In case the client cannot perform the activity due to illness, a certificate or medical prescription must be presented - full refund.
3. In the special packages, there is no refund if for any of the reasons mentioned above you cannot participate in the activities, it is reimbursed.
* The refund will be provided as follows, if the activity is canceled by The life in Cancun:
- 1. The activity cannot be rescheduled due to bad weather conditions; the full refund is applied.
- 2. Activity canceled by The life in Cancun, full refund.
* Refunds can only be processed through the same payment method of the reservation.
* Does not cover transportation expenses, if applicable.
Please note that we cannot refund any type of fee, which is charged or paid to a third party, such as PayPal or the bank.

- 1. The activity will not be allowed if the person is in an inconvenient state, several of our activities are not allowed:
During pregnancy
Under the influence of drugs or alcohol - 2. All minors must be accompanied by their tutor, they are required to sign a letter of authorization, the minimum age to use a waverunners is 6 years, it is mandatory to be accompanied by an adult in the waverunner.
